Each pair of our handcrafted leather gloves begins with meticulous table cut of premium lambskin. This ancient technique, originating from Naples, requires master craftsmen who lay the leather flat on wooden tables and cut each piece individually by hand.
We are the only factory in Asia with table cut processing. This distinction allows us to produce gloves of unmatched quality and precision, maintaining the integrity of the leather while achieving a perfect, custom fit.

STAGES
Table Cut
Each pair of our handcrafted leather gloves begins with meticulous table-cut of premium lambskin. Unlike machine cutting, our skilled artisans hand-cut each piece on flat wooden tables — the same technique used for centuries in Naples.
Sewing Process
Following the cut, experienced seamstresses carefully assemble each glove piece by piece using precision stitching. The sewing process requires exceptional skill to maintain the perfect fit and finish.
Ironing & Finishing
After sewing, each glove undergoes professional ironing and finishing to achieve the perfect shape and smooth surface. This stage ensures the glove maintains its form and premium aesthetic.
Final Inspection
Every pair undergoes rigorous final quality inspection before leaving our facility. Our quality control team checks each glove for stitching integrity, fit, finish, and overall craftsmanship.
